Installation:
Proper installation of KUMAKO® and KURABLE® is an easy and clean process that can be accomplished with low technical and mechanical resources. 
After unmounting metalic copings and covers there are two possible procedures for application. Either you work with the existing foundation and fittings or you can use fittings supplied by us. In both cases a disruption of electric conductivity is achieved. All our fittings are matched to the corresponding product type and will enable quick installation. The necessary holes for KUMAKO® and KURABLE® should be made with a 6mm metal drill without hammering function. This style is only applicable if our polymer coping is being mounted on existing oriented strand boards without special fittings. Fixation of the KUMAKO® and KURABLE® cover with e.g. Spengler metal screws is then easily achieved. 
In case you should need to shorten the KUMAKO® and KURABLE® covers or make cutouts you can do so by using a jigsaw with a fine toothed blade for metal. The fine toothing of the blade will make a clean cut through the material.
For low buildings it is possible to install KUMAKO® directly with a compound glue on the basis of MMA / PMMA. The surface has to be clean for this installation type to achieve the desired results.
